    What Is Heart Disease?

Heart Disease (Cardiovascular Disease) involves blocked or narrowed blood vessels that may lead to a heart attack, chest pain, stroke, and infections.

Heart rhythm problems (cardiac arrhythmias) occur when the electrical impulses that coordinate your heartbeats don’t function properly, causing your heart to beat too fast, too slow, or irregularly.

These fluttering or racing heart issues may be harmless, however, some heart arrhythmias may be dangerous or life-threatening. Heart arrhythmia treatment can often control or eliminate fast or irregular heartbeats, and can be prevented in many cases through healthy lifestyle choices and reduced stress.
